Terms of service

These terms apply when you use mofumiya.com or buy from us. mofumiya is a trade name of Nimbusbox LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us"). By placing an order you accept them.

Our products

Our plush toys are made in China. Colors on screen can look slightly different from the real fur, and small differences from one plush to the next are normal. The running cow is for ages 3 and up. The mini keychain has small parts and is not for children under 3.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax, where it applies, is added at checkout. The herd price (a lower price per box from two boxes in the same order) is applied automatically at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but never on an order you already placed. If a price on the site is clearly wrong, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders

Your order is accepted when we send you the shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is no longer available or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you get a full refund.

Using the site

The photos, texts, names and logo on this site belong to us. Don't copy them for commercial use without asking. Don't use the site for anything unlawful or to harm it or other customers.

Liability

We do our best to keep the site accurate and working, but we can't promise it will always be free of errors or interruptions. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law as a consumer.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without prejudice to the consumer protection laws of the state where you live.
