Shipping policy

We ship to the 50 US states and Washington, DC. Shipping is free on every order, with tracking.

When it arrives

We prepare your order in 1 to 3 business days. Most orders arrive 10 to 18 days after you order. Our cows are made in China and ship from our plush maker's warehouse there, which is why it takes a little longer than a local store. You get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Christmas

Order by December 5 for delivery before December 25. Orders placed after that may still arrive in time, but we can't promise it.

Duties and fees

The price you pay at checkout is the final price. If a carrier ever asks you for a duty or customs fee on delivery, write to us before paying it and we cover it.

Your address

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, write to us within 12 hours and we'll fix it before your order ships. Once a parcel has shipped, we can't redirect it.

Bigger herds

An order with several boxes may arrive in more than one parcel, on different days. Each parcel has its own tracking link.

Not arrived yet?

If tracking says delivered but you can't find it, check with your neighbors and your local post office, then write to us within 7 days. If your order hasn't arrived 30 days after you placed it, we resend it or refund it.
