Good to know

Before you write

When will it arrive?

We pack orders in 1 to 3 business days. Most US orders arrive 5 to 12 days after you order, with tracking by email.

How much is shipping?

$6.90 anywhere in the US, and free from $99. Three mofus at the herd price come to $117, so they ship free.

It arrived flat. Is that normal?

Yes. We ship it vacuum packed so it travels light. A few shakes, or a hair dryer on low, and it fluffs back up in minutes.

What if something is wrong?

Write to us within 30 days of delivery. If a cow arrives damaged or wrong, send us a photo and we replace it. No need to send it back.

How does the herd price work?

Every mofu is $44. From two in the same order, each one is $39, any mix of colors. It applies on its own at checkout, no code needed.
